Thank you for shopping with Amma Story.

We take great care to ensure that every pouch of our masala chai is freshly packed and delivered in the best possible condition.

Due to the nature of our products, all Amma Story products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have been delivered. This policy is in place to maintain food safety, product integrity, and hygiene standards.

Returns

As our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste or preference
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken or damaged safety seals after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product;
  • A defective product; or
  • An incorrect item,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement product; or
  • Issue a full or partial refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Food and consumable products
  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken or damaged safety seals
